Should I play 1.e4 as white and 2.e5 as black?

@Vycm No, I didn't "forget" 1.f4 but it would be a 3rd tier opening if I mentioned it. It's played, but not good and in fact you basically have lost first move advantage and black is better. You would be better off on move one not making any move than 1.f4
