Why do I always get paired with players that have a rating f 2000 or more when I am 1300?
also sometimes I don’t get a point when it’s a draw in tournaments

We can't influence that this happens because most players in RK tournaments are >1900 rated players. So the pairing system pairs people mostly after performance / rank / rating. But if not that many <2000 rated players play it pairs, so you can be happy to get an opponent :D

You do not get a point for a draw after another draw.

You do not get a point for a draw after another draw.
