I think that your goal of reaching gm at 20 years old is too unrealistic, you should set yourself easier and shorter-term goals.
But with hard work and dedication everything is possible, keep going!!
You take one game of your favorite player, one that he won in, you analyse it to the bone, no computer, to the best of your ability.
