Break maintenence

I lost at time a won game because a break maintenence.
I want my points back or i will close the account.

You should reconsider the way you talk to people taking care of a free website.

This is not the problem, i am ready to pay for a service. I don't accept an unsportive result.

Do you know how many times I lost because of lag/VPN not working/maintenance? I lost a lot of points, but I don't complain, I work my way up again!

The loss of one game has no affect on your real rating, it'll go back to what it's supposed to be after a few games.

Bada tino for responsable of lichess, many times mantenence thermomix servers, and lost games .
Before the chance of partners, the y plus time after mantenence System.
If This continues, i won,t continúe in lichess.

I lost over 150 points in blitz because of this problems too... I was so mad because it was the first time I achieved 1900 in blitz, but you know what? I will recupere it if I really deserve it so, lets keep playing and stop crying... and more:
"I want my points back or i will close the account." That makes me laught, you only played 10 games in total, one account since few hours, and you will close it?? Oh no!!! lichess will lose one user who has only played here during 5 min! You are funny with this threats!!

Would you chase your real rating if you were lost and downtime got you a point? :D
