How to improve in atomic chess??

I have 1600 rating and I know the basic traps but I want to improve in it. Can anyone help me to become better.

to get good atomic chess knowledge, you need to play a lot of games so you know all the basic information and you'll be more aware of tactics.

Vary your openings, study some openings and learn some theory for black. Do puzzles as @jdwhite42 said, and practise, especially slower time controls.

There isn't many slow time control tournaments so you may need to sit and wait in the lobby for longer games.
