If you want to improve your rating or performance you should play more games. do puzzle racers and to puzzles there is a chance some of the puzzles you do might appear in your game.

If you are a slow player try to improve your timings play blitz and rapid that will get you to think more fast and be more accurate.

If you want to compete against players you can always play arena and swiss tournaments, they are really helpful for you
4 Lastly don't get sad if you lose some rating as some of the tournaments in this team will be rated if you are sad by losing some rating it discourages you so relax and enjoy the game
