Lichess glitich

Whenever I lose a game that take away 30 points from a high rated opponent,But when I win the give very less points

The rating system used by lichess takes into account how many games you have played recently. You have only 49 games in your profile at the moment, and so the rating system knows that its estimate of your true strength is not very good yet, so it makes larger changes after each game.

Also, if you click on your Rapid rating from your profile page, you will see your rankings. In particular, there is a small label called "Rating Deviation". You can hover your mouse over the number there to see more information about the rating system.

is it because you lost to a low rated player and won to a low rated player
