Why cant i get past 1500 in rapid?

@Vkums,
I played about 50+ Rapid Games when I was Anonymous in Lichess. Like in that way, I got opponents who are from 1200 rating to 2000 rating. I was once, 1400 in Rapid in Lichess, but now I improved a lot due to this.

Well, heres my opinion:

1. Those who want to improve Rapid play much more chess games.
Aim for about 10 quick games on most days if you want to improve as quickly as possible. Or just play a game or two more than you are playing now to steadily improve at a more moderate rate. The key is to play, play, play.

2. Analyze most of your Rapid Chess games which you play.
After every game, take just a few moments to review your Games and analyze or oearn from your mistakes. It doesn’t take long, but it makes a significant difference when you learn from your actual mistakes in your own games.

3. Play more Puzzles and realated features as much as you can.
Try out the new Lichess Puzzle Features such as Puzzles Streak and Puzzles storm. Don't stick at a specific Rapid Time Control. Play the different ones such as 10+0, 10+5, 10+10, 15+10, etc.

If you are a chess talent, then only watching games (Like young Capablanca) can help.
Only playing games and not analyzing and no training is not recommended though.
If you have no chess talent, like myself, you simply need to train daily.
And find a good balance in playing, analyzing, training/studying and resting.
#3 , I didnt mean you with the physical health factor, it goes for anyone.
When I think about it, there are around 6 or 7 different factors , that can have an impact on a chess rating.
Some players in the Club i go to, have a rating that is nowhere near master grades, but they play decent
chess.
Because of health issues my rating dropped 2 years ago, but I caught myself.
My Rapid Stats show what an impact health can have on concentration, and my rating.
My lowest Rapid rating was caused by me having untreated diabetes.
Now I can focus on chess again , because i get medication.
@Break_ToS Remember, those CM's were once ordinary club players too. When one studies chess with dedication, they are bound to get better and have a chance at becoming a titled player if they put in the effort. You most likely won't be able ot live off chess, but saying he or she won't beat a CM ever is too far.
Break the armor with a MACE = Mobility, Activity, Capture, Escape routes.
Timing is important and I'm not talking about speed. There is a moment to capture and it's not always immediately.
Look at the game as if you are playing from both sides.
So review not just your moves, but your opponents moves.
Your opponent points the pawns and pieces towards your weak points.
If the pawn chain is pointing king side, don't castle on that side.
Block what you cannot capture.
I was in this mode for a very long time too. What helped me is watching analysis videos on youtube. There are some great analyses available. Also, i played the tactics puzzle on Lichess. Can't say my ratings improved much, but I am now 1600 plus on rapid. Maybe you can also progress at least 100 points.
Bests!
