My advice is to play over the board tournaments with stronger players in long time controls. There is no shortcut for solidifying your thought process. If OTB clubs are not near you it may be possible to use something like ChessDojo to find a group of players to train with and play slow games. S-L-O-W so you can calculate lots of moves in depth. Jumping from 1600s to 1700s then 1800s only took three months of playing a few slow over the board tournaments and analyzing my games. You can get pretty far doing tactics puzzles but until you improve your raw calculation you will not advance.
