Blindfold variant would be very cool, but the main issue I see, as some people have mentioned, is players who just use another board to see pieces.

@savagechess2k Kriegspiel is basically a variant in which you can see your own pieces but not the other person's. There's a person who has to oversee it to declare moves legal or illegal. It is German for war game I believe. Played it once and can say I did terrible.
