Scotch Game 3...f5

I am curious if anyone here has practical experience with this line.

There are three major branches White plays with 1. e4 - the Ruy Lopez, the Italian Game and the Scotch Game.

I started looking at 3...f5 against the Ruy first, and then found that 3...f5 has somewhat reasonable results against the Italian Game as well. So now I am looking into seeing if I can get reasonable positions with 3...f5 against the Scotch.

I am also going to do independent work - just curious if others have tried this idea out in more than just bullet chess.
I just went over some lines .. it looks really bad for black . And its not even hard for white to find the good moves .
There is probably a reason why it isn't played. There's not gonna be a novelty or new variation on the third move, lol.
@hatchet it's not a novelty. It seems to be a part of the Latvian Gambit complex, the more I look at it.
The curiosity extends from wanting to look at decent lines that are outside of traditional Scotch theory.
Against the Ruy Lopez it is OK, but I am surprised if you tell you do well with it against the Italian.
