Board invisible?

Hello, it sometimes happens that my board tiles randomly get transparent.

is this a known bug? pretty sure it isn't a feature. here is a screenshot as a proof
(currently on firefox, windows 8.1)
... if it is a bug, is it my fault? no ones fault? do i get a rating refund this time?

• Try clearing your cache www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache
• Try using a different browser/computer
• Try changing your board theme/background/size

Tiles fade for a number of reasons. Discoloration can occur due to the overuse of strong cleaning chemicals, which can leave burns with each application. Tiles can also fade due to UV light exposure if your bathroom has an open window. Excessive moisture is another primary cause.
