Depth of computer Analysis

I recently played a game where I play a theory move which computer shows as inaccuracy (8 e6!) eventhough it is even better than what the computer recommends.
So what is the depth of computer in auto analysis and can it the wrong evaluation be removed?

Standard depth is 18 ply. You can increase that by pressing on the + icon, but it takes longer then. Stockfish is weak in openings without its opening book. I recommend to disregard all engine comments up to the move where there are no master games in the opening database.
