Profession - Chess Player & Analyst

I'm WCM Eva Lourenco, passionate about chess and most importantly teaching this beautiful game to all those who aspire to be chess players or wanting to improve their game. Chess can help you to reach your personal or professional goals.

I've been training beginners and intermediate players onsite and online for over 5 years.

I have provided training to some of the students in Auckland Schools, Communities and to individuals and groups.

My training session suits beginners and intermediate players to achieve a rating level of 1500 - 1600.

I have played chess tournaments in New Zealand and International. One of my memorable event was participating in the 42nd Chess Olympiad held in Baku, Azerbaijan. I've also participated at the Asians Seniors online and over the board including World Seniors Event.
As I have started playing chess in my adult life, I achieved the WCM title at the Oceania Zonal tournament in a short time. It was fantastic result for myself with a best win against WIM with rating of over 1900+

I've been training beginners and intermediate players onsite and online for over 5 years, students as young as 4 years to 75+
I have provided training to some of the students in Auckland Schools, Communities and to individuals and groups.

In the professional field and as an Analyst, I mentor and coach other colleagues to strength professional growth and to achieve the work outcome.

I use various resources to up skill my chess knowledge and also for coaching students.

As an analyst, my training is customised and prepared to suit individual skill level. I apply various technique to improve individuals strengths. Teaching online I use various tools SKype or Zoom with ChessBase, Lichess and various other resources written by well known chess authors. Training is offered in English only.
