Lost a game "Black left the game", even though I didn't leave

http://en.lichess.org/2GyZjWoDk6u5

My opponent offered a draw after second move. I made a second move that appeared on the board, then noticed my clock is still ticking. There was a message "reconnecting" on the page. Then I pressed decline. There was a message "do you want to leave / stay on page", I chose stay. I have more than one window open as almost always because it's often long time to wait for a game, there seems to be not many opponents even though I have open challenge with +- hundreds of rating points.
If there was a "Reconnecting" message, there was most likely a connection problem on your end, and lichess then registered that as "left" and displayed a "claim victory" and "call draw" button for your opponent.
People frequently have connection problems. I guess it comes down to which is worse:

1. Prematurely announcing the opponent left.

2. Opponent actually does leave and you must wait for the clock to tick longer.

I'd rather have the clock tick. You agreed to spend that time when you started the game either way. If they come back they are still punished on the clock for their inactivity
Perhaps my opponent offered the draw because there was no move from me from a long time, suspecting lag. So I was given a chance. It's fair because it can happen to anyone. Not really a big problem. Thanks for your opinions.
