Couldn't 't castle long in Fischer Random

Is there any particular reason Black couldn't casle "long", i.e. A-side by putting King on c8-square starting from move #14 in this game:

To castle in chess960, you have to move the king to the rook. In this case, that was the b8 square.

This special rule prevents ambiguity when the king is close to the rook.
Thanks a lot for the answer, thibault! Aw... that was a bit confusing since there was a Rook on b8 square. So I had to place a King right on piece? -)
